Quest start: I want to give you a little gift. Absolutely free, yeah! And mind you, "free" ain't a word that often comes out of Plu the Tightwad's mouth. It's only for you, and only thanks to the deal of the century that we're gonna make. Now I should remind you that the Free Traders is one of the most powerful organizations in all of Sarnaut! And part of how we got that way is that we always look out for each other. Well, sure, we undercut each other, spread evil rumors, and are only happy to put one another of business… but that's only fair competition! So if you're looking for some action, you should make sure to check in with any Free Traders you come across. Most of them need help in times like these. But if you provide services to my fellows, please let them know you're Plu the Tightwad's partner, okay? Then ask for a note saying that they owe you for this and that, and so on and so forth. When you bring the notes to me, I'll give you a powerful weapon in exchange. The more you bring, the better they get! Deal? You help them, they help me, I help you. One hand washes the other, yeah.
