He's an addict and the Empire is up to their necks in hallucinogenic sea salt. It's completely banned here, but when did bans ever stop the dealers? The salt is everywhere! What has Sarnaut come to? I heard that the dealers have a stash in the forest - the largest sea salt stash in Eljune! When we become the only ones in the entire camp with access to the salt… Ta-da!
