Quest start: I once had a brother… We were born from tiny acorns and grew side by side next to our mother. We sprouted together, budded together, reached our branches out to the sun together… but the darkness that covered the land has also covered my brother. Briarstank loved the Astral. It was dearer to him than his own family, but now the Astral has mutated him… A careful treant would have monitored the infection and remove the rotten parts, but he has let it consume him. My brother must be removed from the forest and forgotten. You must gather your allies and uproot this menace! He roams along the shore, staring into the Astral with maddening looks… Quest check: I miss my brother, but I must bid him farewell. Quest finished: Thank you. Go now. I want to be alone to mourn my brother, the forest, the allod, and this world that has been torn to pieces. |
