Quest summary: Find 6 Precious Jewels for the Hardened Family.  Rewards Money: 36 46 Quest start: Just a bag alone isn't going to be enough when you start gathering artifacts beyond the Cordon. What you need is a good pick! The best picks around are made by kobolds. You can find their caves just to the west of the inn. The only thing is, the kobolds use the picks on hard stone - so as a result, they grow blunt pretty fast. We have a few of them lying around… But we need something to sharpen them with. The best way to sharpen a kobold pick is to grind them against the jewels they harvest! If you can get me some of their jewels, we'll sharpen you up a nice pick! Quest check: Kobolds aren't particularly dangerous, but there's a war going on so they've taken to marauding instead of working. Just try to find a kobold with a pick nowadays, I dare you!
